Michael, With no heat and no advance in the "cool down" the first place to check is the thermal fuses and thermostats WP3392519 and W11050897 They should all have a "closed" circuit at room temperature. Don't start at the timer, until you've checked the heating system components. Here's some meter usage information if you need it.
