Hello Bob, it sounds like you might have a defective water pressure switch. Please make sure that you check the vacuum hose connected to the switch to make sure nothing is blocking the path of the air flow. This unit has two different pressure switches, the correct one will be determined by the first two digits of the serial number. If you have 10-43 it will be WP22002921 if it's 44 and above you will order 22002994. You will also want to make sure the water valve WP22002795 is good, you can do this by starting a cycle and disconnecting the power cord. The water should stop flowing into the unit immediately, if it doesn't you have a defective water valve. Hope you find this information helpful, thanks!
