This genuine OEM replacement part is a switch membrane touchpad made for ovens. The switch membrane touchpad is the plastic display piece on the oven that holds the buttons that control the oven's essential functions. If the touchpad is worn out and the buttons are no longer responding when pushed, it might be time to replace the touchpad. Luckily replacing this part is not a difficult repair. To replace a damaged touchpad, make sure to turn off all power to the oven by unplugging the appliance or shutting off the circuit breaker. After the power to the oven is turned off, take a putty knife to pry off the old touchpad cover. Gently pull it away from the stove's control panel until it comes off. There should be enough adhesive left over to place the new touchpad back to its original place. Be sure to line up the touchpad so that it fits perfectly. This replacement part is sold individually and is compatible with Whirlpool, Maytag, KitchenAid, Jenn-Air, Amana, Magic Chef, Admiral, Norge, Roper, and Sears/Kenmore brand ovens.
The Range Screw is an OEM part for Whirlpool ranges. It is a small but essential component used to secure various parts and panels of the range. It is designed to fit securely into pre-drilled holes, holding components tightly in place.
There are a few factors that can lead to a bad Range Screw. Over time, screws may become loose or stripped due to frequent use or inadequate tightening. Accidental cross-threading or overtightening can also damage the screw or the surrounding components.
Symptoms of a bad screw may include loose or wobbly parts, rattling noises during operation, or difficulty in keeping components securely attached. This OEM Whirlpool part can also be used on Maytag, KitchenAid, Jenn-Air, Amana, Magic Chef, Admiral, Norge, Roper, and Kenmore/Sears brand appliances.
This replacement screw secures appliance panels and components so they stay tight and aligned during use. Replacing a missing or damaged screw restores a solid fit and helps eliminate rattles, loose trim, or shifting parts.
