I have a Jennair jjw9630cas double wall oven, and after a few years I noticed that the light would not go out, first in the bottom oven, and then in the top oven. After doing some research I discovered this was not uncommon, and the fix usually involved replacing the hinges and/or the hinge receptacles. My wife was using the oven and she shouted "emergency, oven fire" as i was half asleep in the reclining chair (I will be 86 in Oct.) The receptacle that held the burner element in place was broken so the burner would not make a connection and heat up. I ordered the receptacle kit. There was even an online video that showed how to make the repair. It just took a screwdriver and wire cutters and about 15 minutes and the job was done. The burner works great. Read more

I got my model number and contacted Appliance Parts Pros and placed my order for the new elements, terminal blocks, and for appearance purposes 4 new Drip Pans. Excellent service and quick shipping. I ordered a replacement gas solenoid valve, which arrived the very next day with only standard shipping! The shipped part was exactly what was needed, and I also ordered 4 replacement O-rings to replace the original dried out ring for each burner base. Very simple to fix this problem and took only a few minutes. Appliance Parts Pros has the best delivery service. I ordered the part about 2pm and the part was delivered at 11am the next morning. I live in the Atlanta area so delivery is probably faster than other areas but they always ship the same day if the order is placed before 5pm.
