Crosley Tank Or Reservoir

I had to replace all the water lines and valves because they were cracked or just simply blown apart. This last part was the final piece (and the most expensive) to get it back up and running. Tried going the cheap route and purchased waterline from another site that claimed the tube diameter was the same as what i needed, got the line installed it and had waterfalls everywhere (nice mess). Replaced water reservoir that had become contaminated with ??? Also had to replace the water filter, because the water contaminated it also. Cost was about $150, for two filters and the reservoir. The first filter was replaced because I did not know the reservoir was contaminated, and no water was coming out of the dispenser.
