You just have to remove the lower grill which is a snap fit (I also turned off the water and unplugged the unit). Lifted the door off of the hinge, replace the two parts on the bottom hinge. Put the door back on the hinge with a little silicone on the new parts. Replaced all of the screws and no more popping.
