This is a small spur gear used in the drawer glide assembly, typically on the left side of a refrigerator or freezer drawer. It meshes with the drawer track mechanism to allow smooth opening and closing. I had to replace the entire ice Bin Assembly rather than just the plastic fin on the auger which broke. I could not find a way to buy the plastic fin only.
