How to Troubleshoot & Replace Bosch AP5972147 / 00631200 Drain Pump

My repairman did it on tuesday. the part arrived at 3pm monday. 

Online videos helped me identify a faulty drain pump. I decided to visit AppliancePartsPros, and am so glad that I did. The helpful staff made sure that I would receive the right pump for my model number - and, it arrived the next morning! 

You guys are the best. We had the part within 2 days. 

Looked up the part on AppiancePartsPros.com. I followed their accurate and helpful videos, and installed the parts. 

Googled the error code to find what the issue was, then went to AppliancePartsPros.com to watch a repair video. The video was very good but didn't exactly match my unit as my unit had a full plastic bottom on it. luckily I was able to access the drain pump through the right side after lifting the insulation. It was a little tight getting the new pump back in but it worked ok. The new pump corrected the problem 

Replaced the drain pump that was leaking into the dishwasher base. Had to repair from the side. I could not figure out how to get the dishwasher bottom off to make the repair easier (like in the videos). It was difficult to get a grip to twist and difficult to get the pump to line up correctly. 

Changed the drain pump was pretty easy, and working great. 

Replaced the circulation motro and heater assembly. 

Replaced the drain pump. 

Replaced broken drain pump. Watched the AppliancePartsPros.com Youtube video for help!
