Appliance: Model GE DISHWASHER ZBD1800

Needed to replace apper and lower studs and rollers including guide rail brackets in my dishwasher

I watched the video provided on the website and of course, the Guide Rail Bracket video was not available even though that was the hardest to replace. So I just had to move the dishwasher out from the cabinet and then remove the old Brackets by removing the holding screws and reuse the same screws for the new parts.

Appliance: Kenmore Electric Dryer 11067902790

Dryer no heat.

Installed new heating element and both parts in #279769 (thermal cutoff and HL t-stat). Troubleshooting: Tested continuity at element (bad), thermal fuse (good), thermal cutoff (bad) and HL t-stat (good). Replaced both parts in #279769, just in case + the new element . Got spare thermal fuse just in case. All worked great. Took about 1 hour, but I'm slow. Your videos are great!

The rail brackets rollers kept coming off if you were anything but gentle when pulling the dish tray out to load and unload

I purchased four guide brackets and replaced the existing ones. It would have been good if the screws were included as the previous ones we rusted and difficult to turn however, WD40 fixed that issue
