Changed them, anymore you have to go to the internet for simple repairs, I called them late and within 2days we had dryer knobs and a happy wife .

After looking into it I noticed that the pump wasn't working and the drive belt was worn. I dug deeper into it only to find that the agitator coupling had broken notches which is caused mostly by an unbalanced load. So I replace all those parts and now it works perfectly again. 

I watched the video you provided on your website and was able to fix all issues with no problem. 

Watched the video, bought the part, watched video again. Easy Peasy. 

When the timer dial and control knob assembly arrived, I got a pair of needle nose pliars and pulled the pin that holds them together on the machine. Once the old ones were off, the new ones were installed simply by pushing them in place. It was very simple, and the parts were great.
