Removed the back protective plate 5 screws. The timer knob was a snap in piece that locked into a plastic bracket. Unplugged several wires and reattached to new timer knob assembly. Replaced assembly into snap in bracket. Replaced back plate. Total time 10 minutes. Sears wanted $350 to do repair!!! With the help of the Appliance Pros I did it for under $100!! It's so easy, you don't know until you try!!!
