The "tray full" cut off arm broke on the ice maker in the bottom of our Samsung french door refrigerator, causing the ice to overflow the tray and fall into the area behind the freezer drawer. This caused the drawer to fail to fully close, I ordered two of the "tray full" cut off arms and replaced the broken one. This was accomplished by sliding out the freezer drawer and removing the trays from inside the drawer. The freezer drawer can be easily removed by pressing the small plastic lock-in tabs (one on each sliding arm of the freezer drawer). The broken cut off arm is located on the left side of the ice maker, which I accessed by laying in front of the refrigerator and, using a short no. 2 Phillips screwdriver, removed the one screw holding the arm in place, and replaced the broken arm with the new arm. Worked like a champ! The most difficult thing about he whole process was finding the correct part number (its on the arm, but some web sites say that the part number listed is not correct for my refrigerator.I took a chance and ordered anyway - cost is negligible). The longest part of the process was emptying the freezer drawer and then replacing all the frozen items into the drawer after the repair.
