I removed the door lock mechanism and confirmed that is was working properly. The only other source for the problem was the CCU. I also received a class action lawsuit postcard citing issues with owner's needing to replace the CCU within the first 3 years of ownership. My CCU lasted for 10 years. I purchased the CCU and installed it per the AppliancePartsPros video. The printed circuit board inside the CCU was not properly seated, so I needed to seat it to be able to install all of the connectors. I did chat with AppliancePartsPros who suggested that I try seating the PCB. When I replaced all of the panels, and started a cycle, the door locked immediately.
