How to Troubleshoot & Replace Whirlpool AP6018421 / WPW10276482 Oven Bake Element

Researched via model # range as well as viewing informative video. Phone call to customer service was extremely friendly and helpful. Appliance part was rec'd as was promised, very timely. Part has been installed and all is well. I am so glad I was able to locate the part, not to mention that it was AVAILABLE. Thank You for the service. Because we bend and kneel with difficulty as we are are not young, the replacement was difficult, not because of the product. We did not remove the oven door, which was a factor. I got the model, of the stove and serial number and put it on your web site. I could bring up a pic. of part, I needed and ordered it. I received it 2 days quicker then they thought it would be here. 

Ordered new coil and replaced it with the help of youtube video.

Installed a new bake element from your company. The hardest part was removing the screws which had previously been installed incorrectly by someone. 

I ordered the part from Appliance Part Pros, watched a quick video on YouTube and fixed it myself saving a bunch over having a repair service come in. Even if you have a warranty, they typically show up to “access” the situation and then say they have to order the part and it’s weeks before your oven is working again. This way I fixed it in just a few days ?? (I’m a 54-year-old grandma).

Ordered the part watched the video and had it changed in 30 mins could not have been easier saved hundreds of dollars on a new range.
