How to Troubleshoot & Replace Whirlpool AP6011444 / WP77001094 Oven Bake Element

The website was very user friendly. I found the part I needed right away and placed my order late on a Sunday afternoon. The part was on my doorstep by midday Tuesday. I saved a great deal of money on this repair. In the area where I live the service call alone is $100 then you add the cost of the part and labor. I would never have gotten service as quickly as I did with Appliance Parts Pros. I will definitely pass along my great experience with anyone needing appliance repair. 

This is the second time we replaced this. I have a stove that I love and it is over 20 yrs old. Hubby just unscrewed the bracket, unhooked the old part and put in the new. Took about 10 minutes. I can not believe how fast it shipped here. I will use this place again. Thank you Appliance Parts Pros. 

Replaced the heating element. 

Unplugged the stove and screwed out the old one and plugged the new one in. Very Easy. 

Tested for power in the back of the oven & determined that the lower heating element needed to be replaced. I ordered the exact fit part number from Appliance Parts Pros and received it on the second day after my order processed. Removed 2 screws that secure the element inside the oven box and pulled the element out with the wires attached. I pulled the “push-on connectors” off and plugged the connectors on to the replacement element, replaced the 2 screws attaching the new element in the oven and I was finished. I turned on the oven and it heated normally. 

Replaced burner. My order was on-line and I was sent 8 burners. I only need one, but will keep one for a spare. How do I return the other six? 

Used instructional video from Appliance Parts Pros and replacement element from Appliance Parts Pros to make repair. Very simple. Done in a half hour or less.
