How to Troubleshoot & Replace Whirlpool AP6011872 / WP8183202 Washer Door Hinge

Removed broken hinge and replaced it with new one.w 

I ordered the part and watched the accompanying video. The video really helped. It was a snap! We fixed it in less than 20 minutes. 

After watching a UTube video on how to replace the hinge yourself, we ordered the part from you, rather than the local appliance parts store, which was much more expensive than your price! When we received the part from you (in 2 short days at our doorstep) we removed the existing door hinge and replaced the new part in less than 20 minutes. I had a load washing 30 minutes from the time we removed the broken hinge!! THANK YOU for quick, reliable parts that did the trick without the cost of a repairman---Saved over $100 ! 

Looked up "washer door hinge" on AppliancePartsPros.com, and quickly found the part I needed. Ordered it, and 3 days later, installed the new door hinge in about 30 minutes (I went slowly and carefully). Slam dunk! 

Just like the video show, take out the 8 screws, it was very simple

The video that was on your website made replacing the door hinge a breeze. My original thought was to contact a serviceman to do the repair but after I viewed the video I was confident I could do the repair. The cost of the replacement part was about half of what was available on the Maytag site and the repair took me about thirty minutes.

Ordered a new door hinge. When it arrived it took about 10 minutes to put the new one on. The video showing how to repair this was ver clear and helpful.
