How to Troubleshoot & Replace Whirlpool AP6011872 / WP8183202 Washer Door Hinge

I watched a video on this site and decided to try and fix it myself. Ordered the hinge from AppliancePartsPros and had it within a week. Then all I had to do was buy a $7 screwdriver and watch the video again. Ta-da! I replaced the broken hinge inside of 10 minutes. Total, about $160. Thank you SO much! New life for my washer. ??

Installed the part myself. 

Replaced washing machine door latch in less than 15 minutes using video at Appliance Parts Pros. 

The fix was very easy. It was only 8 bolts to remove, but (as explained by the video) I was able to remove only 6 in order to replace the hinge (because I was able to just slightly lift that side of the door in order to replace the hinge. Very easy! Thank you! 

Appliance repair shop wanted $350 and 3 days to do the job. Ordered overnight from AppliancPartsPros for about $185. Watched the demo! The washer was up and running in less than a day. I can't imagine not checking with AppliancePartsPros prior to any appliance issue I may. have in the future.

I went on your website, viewed video on how to repair hinge, ordered part needed and received it earlier than expected. I then replaced hinge on door. Process was easy. Website was easy to understand and had no problem finding part needed. Your repair videos are great.
