How to Troubleshoot & Replace Whirlpool AP6013694 / WP9704230 Blender Drive Coupler

Ordered new part from parts pros 

Replaced with new one. Unscrewed old, screwed on new. Had to move bottom of blender case to get a grip on motor. Would be nice if this part came with the very thin, open end wrench that should really be used. Or part supplier should mention this and suggest the wrench needed. And sell for good price. 

Very easy, even for a petite old woman. I followed the video and it was done in a matter of minutes. Used the large flat screw driver as per instructions. Paper instructions as good as video. 

The part ordered was exactly what I needed - Kitchen Aid blender drive coupler. I was able to remove the old part and install the new replacement part. 

Viewed your video. Removed the old broken drive coupler and installed the new one. Bingo, the blender is as good as new. I repaired two within 10 minutes. I ordered the parts in the evening and was shocked to find the parts delivered the very next day. This company rocks!!! Great service. 

I went on line to APP, entered the part # & ordered a new one plus a spare. The parts were delivered the NEXT DAY!! Done deal, margaritas are ready folks!!.

My husband took the old one off and put the new one on. It was very easy. Thank you for having the part since it was an older blender, but still a very good one. So, I was thrilled when I called and the girl who answered was very nice and informed me that your company had a replacement coupler. And very reasonable! Thank you again!
