The gal who helped me was awesome. She mentioned something that another customer had tried and so I said I would try it and call back if it didn't work. A hammer can be a very useful tool in exerting that extra bit of force to separate a melted coupler from the base of a blender. I was afraid I might break another part but my online chat person assured me that it would be fine to use the hammer against the screwdriver wedged between the coupler and the base. It was stubborn but I finally got the old coupler off. The new one went on in seconds. I was ready to buy a new blender but your replacement part worked perfectly! Read More...
