The drive coupler on my blender was stripped and needed to be replaced

Kitchen aid blender drive coupler rubber part tore apart

Watched your very helpful video...gave me the confidence to tackle it myself...so, ordered the part. Matter of fact you had a great price so I ordered two...same shipping charge for one or two! Read the directions when I received the part...it took a bit longer to release the old piece than stated (found that a heavy-duty, short-handled screwdriver worked best), but mission accomplished. Attaching the new coupler was really easy.) I'm so happy to have my smoothies back again!!
