How to Troubleshoot & Replace Whirlpool AP6013694 / WP9704230 Blender Drive Coupler

Replaced with no problems thanks to instructions from Appliance Parts Pro. Super quick delivery of part... order one day and part arrived the VERY NEXT DAY. 

Pried off the old metal from the blender shaft and put the new coupler on. 

This simple blender coupling repair took me two minutes to repair and it save me a trip to the repair shop. I watched the Appliance Part Pros video online, it was very helpful in doing the repairs to my blender. Thanks. 

We ordered a new drive coupler and it was incredibly easy to replace just by unscrewing the old one and replacing it with the new one. It took less than 2 or 3 minutes and saved what otherwise was a perfectly operating blender

Watched your very helpful video...gave me the confidence to tackle it myself...so, ordered the part. Matter of fact you had a great price so I ordered two...same shipping charge for one or two! Read the directions when I received the part...it took a bit longer to release the old piece than stated (found that a heavy-duty, short-handled screwdriver worked best), but mission accomplished. Attaching the new coupler was really easy.) I'm so happy to have my smoothies back again!!

I searched Google found Appliance Parts web. Ordered the part which I received in 3 days followed the instruction enclosed and the blender is back working like it has for 19 years. What great service they have was so easy to purchase no hassle like other sites. 

I ordered a replacement part - (shipping costs more than the part - but still around $10). I followed the directions included with the part, but still had a little difficulty removing the old part. I watched a YouTube video that helped. Removing the old part was the hard part, installing the new was easy. Now I don't have to buy a new blender!!! I'm pleased.
