How to Troubleshoot & Replace Whirlpool AP6013694 / WP9704230 Blender Drive Coupler

I went to the Whirlpool site where I had bought it years ago and your web site is there. So I went to your web site and entered the Model number and got it from there. The video showed how to get the old part off, which I was then able to do and when the new part came in I screwed it on. 

The video outlining the repair was extremely helpful. without it i would have taken the whole mixer apart. for this simple repair. thanks again bill

Popped off the old part, according to the video, and screwed on the new part, then used the blender right away. 

Easy fix, but take your time getting the old coupler off
