How to Troubleshoot & Replace Whirlpool AP6013694 / WP9704230 Blender Drive Coupler

Replaced with a new coupler. No brainer 

Order the part and got it the next day. Used a screwdriver and hammer, spun off the old broken part put on the new one done! It took longer to find the hammer. 

I watch the video on the website. I did exactly what it said to do, and it worked. 

Replaced part with ease 

Replaced. Got an extra for another blender (same part number). Quick delivery. Very satisfied. Enclosed instructions different from video on site. 

Replaced with new part. 

It took less than five minutes to detach the old coupler and put the new one one 

Because the drive couple was so worn, part of the rubber disintegrated while I was trying to remove it. This made it very challenging to get purchase on the old part and it actually took my husband and myself over 30 minutes to finally wrench it free. Once the old part was removed, the replacement was a cinch. Overall, it was partially frustrating and partially rewarding (to have repaired the blender with a $5 part was great). I was definitely appreciative of the video demonstrating the repair, because it showed us we were on the right track. 

Followed instructions enclosed. Very easy . 

We followed the instructions per the video you provided and it worked! We don't need to buy a new blender, we fixed it in no time at all! Marguerita anyone????
