I thoroughly investigated multiple online sources trying to troubleshoot the problem. After reading everything I could find about this problem, replacing the Phase Control Board was the most logical 1st step in attempting to fix the mixer. There was numerous youtube video's listing same the same problem and a problem of it only running at high speed caused by the same part. I did a search for the part, looking for the best price, a guaranteed return policy and free shipping. This lead me to AppliancePartsPros.com where I ordered the part about noon and received it the next day. The video's showed how to replace the part and it took me about 15 minutes to replace it.
