I got online and did a search listing the model number and problem encountered. There was numerous youtube video's listing same the same problem and a problem of it only running at high speed caused by the same part. I did a search for the part, looking for the best price, a guaranteed return policy and free shipping. REPLACED PARTS 

Replaced the control board after watching a you tube video on replacing control boards in Kitchenaide mixers.. 

Replaced parts as ordered.Had to adjust speed control board which took a little fooling around with it as I had not adjusted one before but understood the theory of what needed to be done .I have one happy customer now (Wife) Thank you for fast service and good product. 

I ordered all the parts related to the speed control to avoid not having the correct part. Ordering all these parts was still cheaper than a new mixer. Repair went fine was really easy to do. Back up and running just fine. Wife is happy which makes me happy.
