The annoyance of having to dry even small loads multiple times to get dry clothes finally got to me. I searched my dryers heating components, and how to test each of them. I found that my heating element failed the continuity test, and needed to be replaced. During my research I also found on the heating element housing, there are two parts that are attached. Since they a part of the failed system, I figured I’d replace them too.
The parts arrived quickly, and the repair only took about 35 minutes. After testing the repair, the dryer works like new again.
