Replaced the suspension rods after watching a video from APP. Have a Roper, the video was something similar but not the same. Had to remove the drain hose (inside) from the back of the washer to have access to the right bottom rod. Not enough room to get your hand in there and do what you need to do. There is a screw on the back, remove that and push the hose/tube into the machine. This will free up much-needed hand space, just slip it back through and replace the screw. Do this before you lay on its back so you don't have to lay it over twice as I did. Parts fit perfectly, waiting for the wife to get home to see if we fixed the problem. Apparently, I am not qualified to operate the machine, only to fix it . Hope this helps. Happy Easter everyone.
