Repair took 20 minutes - 1 minute to set the new, non-broken shelf in place, and then 19 minutes teasing my spouse about the fragility of glass and multiple repetitions of the phrase "This is why we can't have nice things!" Ordered new side bracket & glass-- had them in 2-days -- as we lived not far from the parts warehouse ( 200 miles). Had everything cleaned up prior to the pats arrival & was back in business --- 1/2 hour after receiving them. Great service and for very reasonable prices !! Read more

After a lot of research, we initially changed out the inlet valve. When that didn't fix the issue, we went back to researching, and saw that it could be the freezer door switch. So we replaced that as well. Again this did not solve our issue. Back to researching. I then came across AppliancePartsPros.com! And I found so many other options of what it could be.
