Frigidaire 5303208499 Dual Gas Safety Valve OEM Part

From the Appliance Parts website I watched a 3 minute Youtube video. The video actually explained the process on another range but it was enough information for me to do the project myself. The part came 2nd day UPS and I installed it in under an hour. The only hitch was that I didn't see the note (maybe it wasn't there) that explained how the valve is set for Natural gas and that for LP gas I'd need to adjust the jet that goes into the burner tube. Maybe that was on the video.

I went online and reaserched my problem the oven stopped working I eliminated the ignighter leaving the valve which is the equivalent to a thermo coupling I ordered the part from u folks it arrived two days later on normal delivery I just installed it today 03/30/2015 Fired right up my mother is thrilled it was her oven not mine I'm very happy with appliance part pro's the cost of the part was almost 40 dollars less than another sight it was identical to factory original there video was right on Thank you I'll Definately use u again

It was an easy fix. I first pulled out the oven to shut the gas supply valve and disconnect the electrical cord. I was able to access the safety valve by removing the bottom warmer drawer. After that it was just a matter of disconnecting the old valve and replacing it with the new one. The only tools needed were a 1/4" nut driver and a 9/16" open end wrench. The amazing thing was how fast the new valve arrived. I ordered it on a Friday afternoon with regular shipping and it arrived the very next day. Wow, that's fast! It was also the cheapest price I found. Great experiance and will definately be a repeat customer in the future.

We ordered a new gas valve for the oven and had our handyman install it. The oven and broiler work fine now! Quick delivery on the part we needed.
