Andrew helped me trouble shoot the problem. First I replaced the elments but that did not fix the problem. When I spoke with Andrew he told me how to test the OHMS on the new and old element and they were both readying 26 OHMS. I then replaced the control panel for the clock and oven controls. This is the bake burner tube located inside the bottom of the oven cavity in a gas range. It distributes gas evenly to produce a consistent flame for baking and roasting. Replace this burner tube if you notice uneven heating, weak or irregular flames, or visible damage such as corrosion or holes in the tube.
