Frigidaire A01986801 Upper Rack Assembly OEM Part

The part just snaps on the basket. You have to remove the clips on the end of the runner arms to be able to remove the basket. Once it was out the old arm snap off and you snap on the new arm. Only problem was my old arm was fine and I wished the company would just sell the gasket. It seems a waste to have to purchase the whole arm. The complete job took me about 10 minutes from start to finish. I ordered the part online a Sunday afternoon and it arrived at my house on Tuesday.

We had to replace the whole spray arm, which was easy to do.

I ordered the whole upper arm washer. It arrived the next day and took me about 5 minutes to replace. It is working fine. I did not have to use any tools as it snapped out and new washer arm snapped right in.

Ordered the replacement part. Only problem was the upper spray arm should come by itself but you have to order the upper rack and spray arm together. Replaced them both with no problems. Washer works great,

First I watched the video on how to replace the bracket, then I removed the old bracket and replaced with the new one.
