How to Troubleshoot & Replace Frigidaire AP5956465 / A01986801 Upper Rack Assembly

We had to replace the whole spray arm, which was easy to do. 

I ordered the whole upper arm washer. It arrived the next day and took me about 5 minutes to replace. It is working fine. I did not have to use any tools as it snapped out and new washer arm snapped right in. 

Ordered the replacement part. Only problem was the upper spray arm should come by itself but you have to order the upper rack and spray arm together. Replaced them both with no problems. Washer works great, 

Ordered new rack assembly. Simple to install. 

First I watched the video on how to replace the bracket, then I removed the old bracket and replaced with the new one. 

Ordered both dishracks from your company. I received the top rack and waiting for the bottom rack to complete the repair 

Simple swap of the rack. I didn't realize that it was a generic part until I received it, but it did work . The roller assembly was adjustable for height, which made all the difference. 

The gasket on the back of the upper spray arm was falling apart and no water was getting out to the wash arm. The Grommet at the back was melted away. Replacing both of these items was easy, one scew and it was fixed, the grommet went in easy. The upper delivery tube was all I needed, but it came in a kit so I replaced everything. Now it works great again. The videos were a great help. Thanks 

Ordered the part from AppliancePartsPros.com. Received the part quickly via FedEx. Removal of broken part was quick and simple. 

Part worked as expected, shame you have to purchase the entire upper rack spray arm etc just to get the gasket.
