With the help of Wendee and Karen, we finally figured out my model numbers and which parts where correct. I ordered the parts and all arrived the next day except for the Broiler element which arrived in 2 days. I installed the new Baking Element myself. Replaced above parts, easy to do, looks like a new stove. Needed to pry open knob stem slot segments very slightly to remove broken plastic from previous knobs. Spreading stem slot metal sides too much and they will break. With slots cleaned out, pinch stem sides almost together for new knobs to slide on. Burner element was broken and partially melted. Didn't know if element or switch or kettle started it. Switch smelled burnt and bad; "burner on" light was on regardless of switch position. Traded with another burner switch; light went out. Ordered new infinity switch, burner element, plug for burner element, & drip pan. Watched Appliance Parts Pros videos (the plug one simplified that part). Replaced items. Range works fine. Received parts in one day with regular shipping. Great service! Read more

These drip pans fit! I had bought some from a local big box store and they didn't fit. I only wish they still made them without the holes in the bottom of the drip pan. I bought the replacement drip bowl - large and the rubber gasket which was delivered quickly. Specific steps: 1)turn off electricity to cook top 2) remove burner grate, burner cap and collar 3) remove two Philips head screws near center hole 4)lift out drip bowl and reach under it to remove electric plug to igniter. Note how old gasket fits on drip bowl. 5)take out retaining clip on igniter and remove igniter 6)clean up surface where new drip bowl will contact cooktop 7)stretch new rubber... Read more
