Refrigerator door was not closing well gasket on door was old needed to be replaced Igor M. • Encinitas , CA • November 26, 2016
Ordered the gasket first from Sears, but they sent me the wrong part, i.e. on the drawing on their web site the part was right (ADX73550621 - Refrigerator Door Gasket, Left), but when I received it - it was too small and didn't fit. Returned it to Sears and tried to find it somewhere else. Fortunately found the part on this site. It was helpful that the part photo was taken with an inch grid in the background, so I could compare dimensions against the old piece. The dimensions matched (wanted...

The right door seal and the freezer door seal are easily removed and replaced. They just pull out of the slot. These 2 new gaskets push in easily. The left door has the French Door Mullion, that blocks the removal of the door gasket.
There are two screws in the middle that holds it on, and there is a spring at the bottom of the mullion that keeps the mullion in place. The spring can easily be removed, or left in place. There is an electrical connector in the middle of the mullion. As suggested...
