Replaced the Thermistor Assembly and also picked up Overload Protection circuit per the comments posted by the "experts" on the web site. Both parts cheap enough. I ordered parts at 3:30 in the afternoon and they showed up the next morning from half way across the country. Outstanding service. It also fixed the 9 year old refrigerator. Replacing the parts took about a half hour most of which was moving the unit from the wall and removing the panel to get at the parts.

Replace thermistor. Explained to home owner either thermistor or compressor since it was running hot but only 10 minutes to change out. Luckily client still has warranty on fridge to replace old compressor and thermistor.
