Kenmore Elite Refrigerator Blower Wheel Or Fan Blade
Genuine Lg part

Part Number: 5901JA1012B
The Condenser Fan Blade is an OEM replacement part for LG refrigerators. The condenser fan motor blade is located on the condenser fan motor which is usually located on or near the compressor at the back of the refrigerator. This part is responsible for circulating air over the condenser coils. This helps to remove heat from the condenser and evaporate water in the defrost drain pan.
Causes of blade failure can include normal wear over extended runtime, accumulated dirt and dust impeding airflow, or physical impact damage.
Symptoms of a faulty condenser fan blade include:
- Refrigerator fails to properly cool and maintain temperatures
- Condenser unit runs excessively as heat fails to dispel
- Abnormal noises such as grinding or squealing emanate from the condenser area
This OEM LG part is also compatible with some Sears/Kenmore model refrigerators.

I bought a new cooling motor and blade and installed it, everything seems to be working fine now, did not take that long to fix, maybe about 30 minutes, the longest part was trying to get the old fan off the old motor, finally had to cut it off with bolt cutters, I have a 12 year old LG Refrigerator 26930 double door, if you are handy its not that hard. I had to remove a couple parts in front of the motor to get to it, but very easy. Better than buying a new refrigerator...:). I replaced the...

Part Number: 5901JA1013A
This condenser fan assembly circulates air across the condenser coils and compressor to remove heat from the refrigeration system. Replacing a failing fan helps restore efficient cooling performance and protects the compressor from overheating. What it does:
- Draws air through the condenser coils to dissipate heat
- Supports proper system pressures and overall cooling efficiency
- Helps maintain stable temperatures in both compartments
- Common symptoms include the fan not running, loud noise from the rear, warm cabinet temperatures, or a very hot compressor area
What's included:
- Pre-assembled fan motor with blade and mounting bracket
Install notes:
- Disconnect power before servicing; use gloves to protect against sharp edges
- Access the lower rear compartment and remove the back cover to reach the fan
- Note wire positions; move over any reusable grommets or screws and secure the assembly firmly
- The blade spins freely and is oriented to move air across the condenser; clean coils before restoring power
