Went online and searched for LG refrigerator error codes and discovered that code was freezedr fan failure. Ordered and replaced freezer fan motor assembly. Took longer to remove food from you freezer than to replace fan motor. Freezer working great now. Read more

For an emergency fix I installed a 3 in1 kit disabling the original start cap and wiring in the original run cap to the run winding. Ordered the proper PTC and overload from Appliance Parts Pros and installed them 2 weeks later. The original start and run capacitor were good, rewired back to design specs. The original PTC had pins 1,2 and 3, the replacement had 2,3 and 4. Only wiring change was to install the red wire from pin 1 on the original PTC to pin 4 on the new PTC. Read more

I screwed out the broken leveling leg and screwed in and reset the new one.Iit is working fine. I also thought I needed to replace the water line to the Ice maker, but discovered I just needed to reattach it. I do, however, need to fix the water dispenser as it will not shut off. The old filter head was broken at the supply line side connector fell out. The clicking noise eventually caused the fridge to warm up and stop cooling. The clicking was the overload relay tripping. The Start solenoid on the compressor was an Embarco TSD part 513604044. APP does not have that part nor does any else found a similar one on ebay but I ordered the PTC assembly 6749C-0014E. Kenmore Elite refrigerator 795.77542600 Fixed by replacing crisper cover. The purchased crisper cover lacks the printed pictures and text that was present on the front of the original, but it was no big deal. The difficult part of the repair was transferring the (1) plastic humidity adjusters for vegetable/fruit drawer, (2) plastic crisper drawer covers, and (3) metal bar on front underside of crisper cover. I was unable to find the snack drawer guide which was mounted under the middle of the large shelf for my LG refrigerator. In the parts description for my model the snack drawer was mounted under a small shelf. By ordering a right hand drawer guide with a right hand shelf bracket, I was able to move the left shelf bracket and guide from the large shelf to the small shelf.
