This small plastic gear is part of the freezer drawer slide mechanism, allowing the drawer to open and close smoothly on its track. Ordered the parts, which was a pair of ice gears and the bar that connects them. Had to refer to upper freezer drawer to figure out how the gears fit into the rails.
