The choke temperature control is the metal piece that regulates the choke temperature allowing for it to function properly within a lawnmower. If the choke function is no longer working efficiently, it might be time to replace the choke temperature control. Luckily, replacing this part is a simple repair.Before beginning, make sure the engine is cool to avoid getting burned. Locate the old choke temperature control rod and remove the screws to the mounting assembly that hold the rod in place.
