Replaced the ice maker. The kit came with everything I needed to replace the ice maker. Parts that did not come with the kit were re-used from the old one. My Whirlpool refrig/freezer is an older model so the wiring harness that came with the kit was different from my existing. So instead of disconnecting the ice maker wiring harness from the freezer, I had to disconnect the harness at the ice maker. That was a b..... I found the part I needed through AppliancePartsPros.com. The price was far more than I wanted to spend, but my wife kept asking me to get a replacement. "Any port in a storm" as the old saying goes.
