Removed broken crisper drawer , had to remove a sliding humidity control slider that was snapped in, and another slide attatched to handle of drawer , my grandon did both for me and the new crisper pan was put in place
Delivery was 3 days , could of been quicker if I choose but it was not an emergency repair . It was package well also and best part the price was 25% lower than Sears !
