The Ice Dispenser Lever is an OEM component specifically designed for Whirlpool side-by-side refrigerators with built-in ice dispensers. Located inside the ice and water compartment, the lever is responsible for releasing cubed or crushed ice when engaged.

Symptoms of a bad ice dispenser lever include:

• Failure to dispense ice when the lever is lifted
• Loose, wobbly, or uneven movement of the lever
• Ice dispenser mechanism not triggering properly
