I ordered a new interior control panel from Appliance Parts Pros and popped it in with no success. I was able to return the part money back and hassle free. I assessed that because the compressor was also not turning on that the issue could be the relay board. I was able to find the newest version of the board on Appliance Parts Pros easily and swap out the part. I replaced the relay board and everything started right up. My wife and I love our new fridge.

The problem was that the motor coupler & shaft had a tiny bit of rust at their union. With the weight of the ice bin it rusted in the lowest position. This didn't allow the motor coupler to float on the shaft. There is a spring inside the shaft that pushes up on the motor coupler keeping it engaged in the ice bin coupler above.
