Buy a new door shelf bar! I ordered it and two end caps (I didn't know the things
existed) and shortly the package came from Appliance PartsPROS.com. In a matter

as new! No more juice, milk, or soda cleanup on the floor! Thanks for your good service with the video, also.

The defrost heater would not work John R. • Lumberton , MS • May 21, 2019
The refrigerator was given to me and hasn't defrosted since it was new. I found the defrost timer had a burnt spot on the circuit board. After installing a new timer, the refrigerator would trip the circuit breaker in my house when it entered defrost mode. I found that the pink wire running from the control board all the way to the thermostat was shorted somewhere between the two parts, inside the refrigerator. I ran a new "pink" wire and all is good.

Whirlpool refrigerator stopped cooling clicks and buzzes were heard every couple of minutes Chris P. • Houston , TX • May 03, 2014
Googled the symptoms and realized it was probably the Start Relay. To check, I unplugged the refrigerator, took off the back panel, and pulled the old start relay off. I shook it and it rattled, like something was broken inside. That was the sign that it did indeed need to be replaced. Looked up the part on www.appliancepartpros.com and found it. Ordered it and it was here two days later. Replaced the old one and the refrigerator started cooling again. Very easy fix that saved me calling a...

I purchased two door shelves and had them sent to my renter for her to install. I haven’t heard back as to whether they fixed the problem or not. I assume they worked and were easy to install. I was very impressed at how quickly she got the parts after I ordered them.

Refrigerator door gasket ripped Bryon P. • Pasadena , MD • November 18, 2021
The gasket was the correct size, but the door style isn't very friendly for replacing the gasket. You have to push the new one into the existing slot and when you take out the old one the slot is too loose for a strong fit that retains the new gasket correctly. Solution, use a good grade of expanding glue, Gorilla Glue, and put a small bead around the backside of the gasket when you replace it. A small amount only. Clamp/weight the gasket down for 2 hours until the glue sets, then remount it to...
