Replaced direct drive washer motor coupling. Instructional video was right on and easy to follow. Was able to save a 15 year old machine for a few bucks. The shipping was super fast (within 2 days) and the customer service is fabulous. I would definitely recommend to everyone.

Kenmore dryer would not run Bruce K. • Severna Park , MD • September 24, 2014
Replaced the Timer. The old timer (not me!) had a contact pad fall off on the W contact, which caused the problem - but I had to destroy the old timer to know that. To diagnose the problem, I took voltage readings on all the contacts of the timer in the"on" position. The W contact never had a voltage, so the motor never turned on. With this diagnosis, I was pretty sure that the timer was bad and proceeded to take it apart to confirm it. Dryer is working fine - 28 years old and works great.

The lever to turn on dryer was broken the handle was broken and the latch was broken David R. • Jemison , AL • February 09, 2015

Removed two screws near the lint filter, used a putty knife to release fasteners under the top and raised the top. Held it in place with a short piece of board then removed the two screws holding in the switch and lever. Replaced the broken lever with the new one and put it all back together. The handle was a little more difficult as it took a lot more prying with a screwdriver to...

Whirlpool dryer wouldn't run Scott M. • Orange , CA • October 03, 2014
I'd replaced the motor that I purchased here about a month ago. It worked fine for a few weeks, then it just stopped and wouldn't start. I searched on the Internet and found the 3 most likely culprits. Since the dryer is 24+ years old, I decided to just purchase all 3 and replace them. The dryer cycling thermostat was different than the original, so I didn't replace it. 20 minutes and I had the dryer thermal fuse and thermostat replaced and the dryer functioning.
I ordered the parts on...
