Our dryer didn't heat Larry L. • Poway , CA • November 10, 2014
Being a complete DIY I hate to call some unknown person into my home knowing that just to get them there will cost me more than I will spend for parts that I don't need. After all, they are trying to make a living and by selling me parts that I don't need will increase their profits.
I've dealt with APP before and was impressed by their site because I could find both mechanical and electrical drawings for almost everything I have.

Broken glass on oven door Michael D. • San Jose , CA • February 14, 2015
Replaced the glass. Unfortunately I thought if I bought the OEM kit it would have the 2 pieces of glass, the inner frame and the sealer. It did have the inner frame and although the model number ordered was the same, the inner frame was incorrect. I took it apart and used the original.
I could have purchased 1 piece of tempered 1/4 thick "rectangle glass for 1/2 the cost. The job is done, took about 20 mins and we "live and learn" on replacement parts.
