After 15 years the plastic door busted where the screws held the hinges on and leaked Joseph R. • Cerritos , CA • October 10, 2016
Purchased the door panels (both sides) and replaced them both. Not sure if spending $150 on door parts for a 15 year old washer was a great investment, but the parts worked great. Took maybe five minutes to put it all back together.

Front load washer door latch broken by movers Cyndee F. • Cookeville , TN • September 30, 2016
I ordered new latch and 2 new screws ( imagine not having the screws). I put latch in place and with a phillips screw driver attached 2 screws. Tada works like new. If the owner would have just done this herself, I wouldnt have a new set of infinity front loaders for under $300. So thrilled that I can get replacement parts for my appliances.

Rear bearing worn out James S. • Ooltewah , TN • January 19, 2015
Replaced outer tub assembly shell. AppliancePartsPros Video was outstanding and easy to follow. Removed outer shell prior to ordering replacement. Took about 2-3 hours off and on (ie. washer and dryer were stacked and I was working in a confined space). A lot of time was spent in cleaning up the washer, spyder etc. prior to installation. Washer originally purched December 1997 so it had accumulated lots of dust, dirt, lint. Ordered shell Jan 9th 5:27AM and received it Jan 10th 2:30PM. (For...

The Cord is an OEM replacement part for Frigidaire washing machines. Extending from the rear of the unit, it safely powers the washer through a connection to a wall outlet.
Causes of cord failure are normal wear from frequent coiling and plugging/unplugging motions over the appliance's lifespan. Rodents or sharp edges may also damage the outer jacketing.
Signs of a bad cord include:
- Exposed or severed copper wiring visible inside
- External cracks, splits or abrasions eroding the casing
- Erratic behavior during the wash cycle
- GFCI/EGCI outlet tripping frequently
Compatible models also include Electrolux, KitchenAid, Jenn-Air, and Kenmore options. Maintaining safety is a top priority.
