First tried replacing the seal around the door as that was the simple and most logical fix. Still leaked. Removed the front and upper panel to inspect. Found calcium deposit running down from under the Air Vent Assembly and wet behind the black stick-on insulation. Easy to trace the leak to the bottom of the door. => Ordered new Air Vent Assembly, gasket and Vent Deflector. Parts arrived. Took 5 minutes to remove upper panel. Replaced sump because the seal is not sold separately. You will need a skinny clamp after cutting the original swaged clamp off. Also Had to replace the cover as its seal is not sold separately either. Used dish soap on seals during assembly. Read more

1. Ran white vinegar through the wash cycle, twice. Helped a little. 2. Used pointed objects to clean holes in spray arms. 3. Replaced all spray arms with new parts ordered from you. 4. Found manifold for upper tray was broken. Replaced manifold. Seems to be working now. The only thing I cannot figure out is how to change the upper spray arm at the top of the dishwasher. I had no hope of separating the panel from the frame without damaging the frame since the two parts were rusted pretty badly and the screws holding the panel to the frame were completely beyond salvage.
