I replaced the solenoid valve and trimmed a small amount of the tubing that serves the ice maker and water dispenser. The only problem was there is almost NO slack in that tubing. If you trim more than a half inch off, you won't have enough tubing to connect it on both ends.

Removed 2 screws from mullion strip heater and slid it up off the tabs at top and bottom. Unhooked the plug and removed it. Verified proper mullion heater and then plugged wiring connection back together, positioned slide clips back in line and slid mullion down onto the clips. Tucked the wiring back into opening positioned cover back in place and reiinstalled the 2 screws. The ice chute flap wasnt closing.
1. I turned off power
2, Pulled off facia around controls on freezer door,, you have to pull out the bottom part of the chute first , its clipped in
3. Disconnected the front panel
4. Unscrewed the next panel to allow access to the chute flap
5. Removed 1 screw holding complete flap and mechanism and replaced with new
6. Re installed all parts in reverse

Unplugged frig to check connections, everything was ok. When I plugged it back in, nothing worked and the display and ice maker were flickering and clicking. Unplugged the display connector on the main board and could hear clicking from the main board itself.
Replacing the main board and capacitor fixed it. I only replaced the capacitor as a precaution. it may not have been bad, but I did it for good measure. Everything is working great now and I don't have to buy a new refrigerator.

I found the condensing fan motor would not turn with power applied. I also found a drain tube cracked and breaking.
I had to use a snub nose screwdriver to remove and replace condensing fan motor. The power wires were simply a snap on. The new drain tube just slipped on.
