At first I thought it was the bearing, but when I got it apart I found the main shaft had corroded from possibly the soap powder and bleach combo build up on the part. After I cleaned it all up I found one of the three mounting braces was cracked and causing the unit to shake during the spin cycle. I ordered a slightly different p/n (DC97-14493B) and being I'm a fairly capable DIYer, I made a minor modification to make the part I needed (DC97-14493A). The opening for the Assembly Guide Water, Silver Care Kit was blocked. Broken spider on Samsung WF330 after 8.5 years - faithful operation up to that point, so repair attempted. First I checked the breaker and outlet and both were good...then I unplugged the machine, took the top off, and removed the control panel. Replaced drum bearings. Replaced front shocks, one had hardly any resistance. Replace both door boot clamps. Always take pictures as you take apart ! Learned the hard way years ago ! Read more
