I took apart the washer to find both of the weight balancers had broken in 2 and were banging around. They had also caused the boot seal to rip. I removed the broken weight balancers and replaced them along with a new boot seal. There was one small spot with the seal wasn't fully attached to the outer drum so I had to take it back apart to fix that minor error on my part. Otherwise, it was a fairly easy fix. Read more

Needed to replace washer counter balance. Also order shock absorbers in case they needed to be replaced, fortunately they didn't need replacement and will be returned. I used Appliance Parts Pros many time and always found them to be very helpful and the repair videos are very helpful. Read more

The start button had been tricky to use. You had to push it in just a certain way to get the dryer to start. Eventually it was non-responsive. All other controls worked and there was no error code displayed. The repair was to replace the whole control board which cost around $100. Heavy sigh.. Be sure to keep track of all your screws. BTW it was not the thermal fuse. All the online videos say this is the first thing to look for when the dryer will not start. Be sure to check with the person... Read more

At first I thought it was the bearing, but when I got it apart I found the main shaft had corroded from possibly the soap powder and bleach combo build up on the part. After I cleaned it all up I found one of the three mounting braces was cracked and causing the unit to shake during the spin cycle. Once I replaced that part and replaced a few missing parts I lost all found on your store the unit went together just as it came apart and works excellent. Read more

I took it apart and discovered what parts to replace. Called support to verify parts needed and with their help, we ordered everything we needed. Replaced parts and now it's like I have a new machine. Read more

I was able to find a video on U-Tube that walked me thru the disassembly and reassembly of the dryer. The whole process only took an hour and at the same time I was able to vacuum out the inside of the unit . The part delivery was unbelievable fast which made the down time minimal Read more

These valves are electronically controlled and can go bad thus causing the washing machine to not fill properly. Nf stands for "no fill". I replaced the cold water valve first which was held by two screws and a couple of wires. It literally took me 5 minutes to replace the part. First I checked the breaker and outlet and both were good...then I unplugged the machine, took the top off, and removed the control panel. I check the wiring to see if there were any loose plug ins, etc...This is where I figured the panel was bad (or possibly the power cord) so I ordered both. The parts arrived the next day.
