Very smooth. I ordered the door and the control panel. It is helpful to have an extra set of hands when removing the screws from the door or place something under it so it doesn’t drop. The door comes off with about 10 screws. They are different length. Short screws go into steel, long go into plastic. Remove the door and upper facia/control panel. Since my Samsung Dishwasher would not drain and had a flashing quick light, I removed the racks and both spray wands. Which allowed me to remove the lower screen assembly. This revealed a worn and broken check valve and broken grinder blade. I cleaned the inside of the dishwasher and removed the unit from under the counter. Initially we discovered the LE code was due to water in the base due to the over flow. Of course my warranty was up and 1 month later the DW finally stopped with this error. We pulled out the DW and soaked up the water in the sensor on the right side base where it collects water. This got rid of the LE error code. The LE error kept making the drain go constantly so we had to turn off the power in order to stop the draining. The drain activity would go constantly even after opening the door... Read more

I used the formed plates to engage the slots at the top front of the dishwasher and then screwed the plates to the plywood underside of the quartz countertop. I had to fold over the end of the plates to keep them from extending out past the countertop. Read more

I replaced the water level sensor on the side of the dishwasher. Had to completely take out dishwasher and set on its side. Removed three hose clamps and three electrical disconnects. I have hard water and it looked like the float inside of the sensor wasn't moving properly. Read more

Purchased a new sensor and drain hose. Had it in 2 days. Took me a little over an hour to diagnose what I thought was problem, 20 minutes searching online for parts and 1 - 1/2 hours to fix (but I am 47 yr old woman who has never worked on a dishwasher before and not handy at plumbing). Purchase replacements. Removed old roller carrier from lower basket by pushing on retaining clips with butt of screw driver. Maybe necessary to use flat end to get it started coming off. The site helped in locating the correct part number roller assembly for my model. Read more

After researching the Internet, I thought the drainage hoses were my problem. First I changed both drainage hoses. That didn’t solve the problem. I had to look for another area that was causing water to drip into the pan. I found water leaking from behind the brake assembly. Since I didn’t get an oE error code, I eliminated the brake assembly as causing my problem. I ordered a brake gasket and cover. Once I got it properly installed, problem solved! Read more

We took apart the filter and scrubbed out all effected areas. During the process we ended up damaging the original filter and needed to order a new one which is where APP.com came in.
